Raida, Office Administrator

Raida has been working with Dr. McConnell since 2005. She is available to assist patients with scheduling appointments, filing insurance, etc. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and she is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, She and her husband live in Prosper and they have 2 grown children, who are both married. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is an avid football fan!

Tami, Registered Dental Hygienist

Tami joined our practice in 2025.  She is originally from Arizona but has called Texas home for 12 years.  She graduated magna cum laude with an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Collin College and is currently completing her Bachelor of Applied Science in Clinical Operations Management, expanding her expertise in both patient care and practice leadership.

Deeply committed to creating a positive dental experience, Tami is passionate about patient comfort and empowering individuals to take charge of their dental health.  Her approach blends technical skill with genuine connection, helping patients feel at ease and well-informed during every visit.

Tami enjoys an active life with her husband and her two sons.  Whether she’s working out or gathered around the table for a family board-game night, she values time spent building memories with the people she loves most.

Alex, Registered Dental Hygienist

Alex graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature and a minor in Business Administration. She graduated summa cum laude from Collin College Dental Hygiene Program with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. Alex is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) and certified personal trainer (CPT) with over twenty years of experience inspiring individuals to live a healthy lifestyle and find joy in daily movement. She has a true passion for dental hygiene and strives to support her patients’ overall health as well as their oral health. Alex grew up in Fort Worth, and she and her husband along with their daughter currently live in Frisco. They enjoy spending their free time hiking and skiing. 

Ali, Registered Dental Assitant

Ali joined our practice in 2018. She has been a dental assistant since 2012. She is so good at putting our patients at ease when they are having treatment. She is a native Texan and loves the outdoors. She loves spending time with her family and friends. She and her husband live in Sachse. They have one daughter.
